About Our Staff

Debbie is Dr. Adam Dalesandro’s wife.  They met in homeroom at Salpointe Catholic High School in 1993 and swam on the Varsity swim team together where they participated in State all 4 years.  They even went to Prom together!  They married in 2006 and have been working together since 2012.

Debbie attended Northern Arizona University and received a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree in 2002.  She has been practicing hygiene since then and loves her patients and enjoys meeting new people and their families.  She is also taking over her mother’s position as Office Manager.

Debbie enjoys traveling, socializing with her friends, and anything and everything Disney.  Her current favorite thing to do is raising her two boys, Lincoln and Kason.  She is a full-time soccer mom and their biggest cheerleader on the sidelines.

Linda has enjoyed living in the southwest for over 45 years.  She is a graduate of the University of New Mexico and Pima College-RDH Program.  She has been practicing hygiene since 1999.  She has been married to husband, Clayton, for over 47 years (Clayton makes a killer eggnog!)  They have one daughter, Emiley, and a beautiful granddaughter, Abigail.  Linda loves gardening and is a great storyteller.  She has a wicked sense of humor.  Linda receives birthday cards from the best plastic surgeons in town…The staff says she is the life of the party! 

Betsy grew up in Tucson, one of 8 children.  She completed her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene in 1989.  She is married with 3 children: two boys and one girl.  Her husband is a military veteran and a stay at home dad.  Betsy’s outside activities include family time and church, as well as school functions.  Betsy joined the  Dalesandro team in 2014 and enjoys being part of the team.

Cindy was raised in Huber Heights, Ohio, which was known for having the largest brick home community in America.  She moved to Tucson in 1989.  Cindy has an Associates degree in Science from McHenry County College.  She earned an Associates degree in Applied Science/Dental Hygiene at Pima a Community College, graduating with honors.  She decided to study dental hygiene because her dentist encouraged her to go into that field.  She has been a hygienist since 2005.  She loves being a dental hygienist because of the diverse group of patients that she has the pleasure of seeing each day.

Eileen was raised in an Air Force family in Alamogordo, New Mexico then moved to Albuquerque to attend the University of New Mexico, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in science of dental hygiene in 2007.  She then moved to Tucson, Arizona where she has been practicing as a hygienist in both the corporate and private dental office settings.  She is so grateful to be working alongside Dr. Dalesandro and his caring staff. Her goal each workday is to ease her patients’ dental anxiety and to have each patient leave happier than he or she had arrived.

Eileen enjoys spending time with her husband, Jonas, their three kids, Carli, Bodhi, and Ari, and English Bulldog, Hercules. Her hobbies include training jiu jitsu, hiking, painting, and taking trips to the beach.

Kristjan is a valuable member of our team; she is a Dental Assistant and also helps out at the front desk. No matter what, Kristjan always has a smile and a kind word. Patients often praise her gentle touch and demeanor. Kristjan has been in the Dental field for 3 years. Originally from Douglas, AZ, she has lived in Tucson for 10 years. Her favorite past times are travel and spending time with her family. She has two adorable kids! The reason she chose to work in Dentistry is to help people fall in love with their smile.

Jodi has been in the dental field since 1995, she enjoys all aspects of dentistry from front office to complex dental surgeries.

Always proud of her Arizona heritage, Jodi descends from the earliest homesteaders of the Arizona territory that settled the beautiful state we all enjoy.

When Jodi isn’t in the office she is spending time with her amazing husband, friends and family. Her favorite activities include fishing, throwing axes, and traveling to her favorite island, Bermuda. Charitable endeavors are a huge part of her life and she is the creator of, The Smile Program, that provides dental hygiene items to youth aging out of the foster care system. The majority of the recipients of the toothbrushes, floss, toothpaste and lip balm are kids with special needs with very limited income, these essential daily products help the kids stretch their dollars a little further. Jodi has a child with Cerebral Palsy so this endeavor is near and dear to her heart.

Christine moved to Tucson in March of 2020 from Indiana. She moved to Tucson to enjoy the beautiful sunshine year round. Christine has an abundance of knowledge in the dental and insurance fields. She worked for a major, national medical/dental insurance company for 6 years. She then returned to her original passion of working with patients in the dental field as a Certified Dental Assistant and realized she could combine her experience with insurance and dentistry to fully help the patients in getting the best care. She loves being outdoors with her husband David and her fur babies Ellie and Stanley.

Michele is one of our bright and shining smiles at the front desk, she has been in the Dental field for 25 years. Michele is a Tucson native and enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and her fur baby named Scotty. While being a proud Mom of three beautiful children, Michele somehow finds the time to often cook amazing food and provide mothering to our entire office staff. Michele's favorite thing is smiles all around.
